My Lamination Australia offers flat-rate express shipping at $12.50 and standard shipping at $7.95
We currently use the AU post express service, as it has proven to be the most efficient.
Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Currently, we have the following shipping options

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us by phone on 0413333122 or email info@mylaminationaustralia.com.au, and we would be happy to assist you.
Please notify us within seven business days after receiving the order.
Returns for change of mind must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the package at the customer’s cost. Once received, we will issue a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If an exchange is required due to our warehouse sending the wrong item (s), please contact us. We will provide a free return label and ship the order again at no cost.
MY Lamination Australia cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to health regulations.
Returns due to Customer Error: If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, or not collecting promptly, shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in ordering the wrong product(s).
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability and order volumes. However, orders can take 1-2 business days to process, depending on the volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
