MY LAMINATION LAMI POWDER

 During lash lamination, it enhances adhesion to the silicone pad. In addition to its technical function, cysteine provides numerous benefits for the health and appearance of the eyelash.

Cysteine is an amino acid that plays a crucial role in eyelash health due to its properties:

Structural Strengthening: Promotes the formation of keratin, the fundamental protein for the structure of lashes and brows, enhancing their strength and elasticity.
Damage Protection: Thanks to its antioxidant action, it protects against damage caused by free radicals, UV rays, and external agents.

Please note: cysteine is not cysteamine

Use a container to mix the product (Step 1 Lifting Cream or Step 2 Neutralising Cream) with the powder until the desired consistency is achieved (At most 50/50%). Lami Powder does not change the standard lamination procedure or application times.

Products for professional use may only be used by experienced persons, professional estheticians, who have also taken the appropriate My Lamination course.

Allways test patch.
Close the bottle tightly after each use. Keep out of reach of children. Store at cool temperature and avoid direct light. Do not leave residue on skin, eyelashes or eyebrows.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of eye contact, or in case of injury, infection or allergic reaction, wash immediately with copious sterile eye wash and seek medical attention if necessary.
Prolonged exposure may cause irritation of the respiratory tract. Product not indicated for use on persons under 18 years of age.
Do not use on pregnant and/or lactating persons.
Discard containers and dispose of according to current regulations of the country.

My Lamination Australia offers flat-rate express shipping at $12.50 and standard shipping at $7.95

We currently use the AU post express service, as it has proven to be the most efficient. 

Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Currently, we have the following shipping options

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us by phone on 0413333122 or email info@mylaminationaustralia.com.au, and we would be happy to assist you. 

Please notify us within seven business days after receiving the order. 

Returns for change of mind must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the package at the customer’s cost. Once received, we will issue a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If an exchange is required due to our warehouse sending the wrong item (s), please contact us. We will provide a free return label and ship the order again at no cost. 

MY Lamination Australia cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to health regulations.

Returns due to Customer Error:  If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, or not collecting promptly, shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in ordering the wrong product(s).

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability and order volumes. However, orders can take 1-2 business days to process, depending on the volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next  business day.
