INSPIRATION is a soft balm that gently enhances eyelashes, eyebrows, and lips. Small amount on the mascara brush will perfectly set Eyebrows in the morning for glossy look.  Apply more generous amount in the evening as an intense nourishing Eyebrow Mask.
