Shipping Policy

Although we try our very best to process all orders within 1-2 business days, please note delivery may be delayed due to the ongoing circumstances . We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times!

Shipping Options

My Lamination Australia offers our beautiful customers free express shipping on qualifying orders and express shipping at 12.50 for all other orders. We use AU post express service as in this time they prove the most efficient.

Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Currently we have the following shipping options

Australia

  • FREE Express SHIPPING for orders over $270 (2-3 buss day from ordering)
  • Express Shipping – $12.50 for orders under ((2-3 buss day from ordering)
  • Perth orders may take an additional day to be received

New Zealand

  • STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -$20 (10-14 buss day from ordering)
  • EXPRESS INTERANTIONAL – POA ( PLEASE CONTACT US UPON PLACING YOUR ORDER )

Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone on 0413333122 or email [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.

Please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order.

Returns for change of mind, must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the package at customer’s cost. Once received we will issue a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Products must be unopened and unused.

If exchange is required due to our warehouse sending wrong item/s please contact us and we will send you free return label and ship the order again at no cost. MY Lamination Australia cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations.

Returns due to Customer Error: If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, new or not collecting in a timely manner, shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability and order volumes. However, orders can take 1-2 business days to process depending on volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
